Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd. (PARCO) participated in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition andConference (ADIPEC) through its representation in the Panel Discussions and Pakistan Pavilion set up at by Petroleum Institute of Pakistan.The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference is a world-class business forum, where oil and gas professionals convene to engage in dialogue, create partnerships, do business and identify solutions and strategies that will shape the industry for the years ahead.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Energy represented by state Minister of Petroleum, Mr Jam Kamal Khan Petroleum Institute of Pakistan (PIP) and leading oil and gas companies featured prominently in this event at the grand Pakistan Pavilion.

Mr. Tariq Rizavi, Managing Director-PARCO participated as a panelist in Global Downstream Business Leaders panel discussion, themed as ‘Refining and petrochemicals integration and downstream expansion – reinvention for sustainable growth’. MD PARCO highlighted investment opportunities in the petroleum and refining sector in Pakistan and how international firms can benefit from their investment by showcasing PARCO as a successful partnership model. Also present as panelists were Mr. Manfred Leitner, Executive Board Member, Downstream-OMV, Mr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director, Refining and Petrochemicals-Mubadala Investment Company, Mr. Jasem Ali Al Sayegh, CEO-ADNOC Refining and Mr. Pedro Miro Roig, Chief Executive Officer-CEPSA.
