Pak-Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO) is a joint venture between PARCO (62%), Shell Pakistan (26%), and Pakistan State Oil (12%). PAPCO commissioned the White Oil Pipeline (WOP) in 2005 for USD 480 million, comprising of a 786 km long cross-country pipeline of 26” diameter, along with storage tanks, pumps and other allied facilities. WOP can transport 15 million tons per annum of Diesel and Petrol from Karachi ports to major consumption centers in up-country areas.
PARCO has a 50:50 joint venture with TOTALEnergies, the fourth largest global energy company, for marketing of petroleum products through the retail outlets network known as TOTAL PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL). Today, the network has grown to more than 800 retail fuel outlets, plus a lubricant blending and marketing business, making it the second Largest Oil Marketing Company in Pakistan.
